  • (A) Cooking sake : 大さじ2
  • (A) Sugar : 小さじ2
  • (A) Sliced chili peppers : ひとつまみ
  • (A) Grated ginger : 小さじ1

Procedure

  1. 1) Cut the deep-fried tofu 00:50

    Wrap the fried tofu in kitchen paper to absorb the oil around it.
    Cut in half lengthwise, then cut into slices 2-3mm thick.

    お皿に盛り付け、3を乗せたら完成。

Point
