Cut the canned pineapple into quarters and chop about 1/4 of it into small pieces.

Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them with a whisk.
Add (A) in the order listed above, mixing well each time.
Sift the pancake mix into the batter and mix until there are no lumps.
Add the chopped pineapple and mix with a rubber spatula. -

クッキングシートを敷いたホウロウバットに、生地を流し入れる。
表面をゴムベラで平らにならし、上にパイナップルをトッピングする。
170度に予熱したオーブンで30分焼いたら完成。
Point
・A porcelain enamel tray measuring 20cm x 16cm x 3cm in height is used.
・Coconut oil can be substituted with rice oil or salad oil.
-Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.
- Remove from the enamel tray and cool on a cake cooler.
Once it has cooled completely, store it in a zip bag to prevent it from drying out.
