- egg yolk : 2 pieces
- Granulated sugar (for egg yolks) : 25g
- 薄力粉 : 54g
- 卵白 : 2個分
- Granulated sugar (for egg whites) : 35g

Add the egg yolks and granulated sugar (for the egg yolks) to a bowl and whisk until white.
Put the egg whites in a separate bowl and beat with a hand mixer. Add the granulated sugar (for the egg whites) in three batches, beating each time.
To finish, beat with a hand mixer on low speed for 1 minute.
Add the egg yolk mixture to the meringue and mix with a whisk.
Sift in the flour and mix with a rubber spatula until there are no more lumps. -

Place 1 into a mold lined with parchment paper.
Smooth the surface with a rubber spatula.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 25 minutes.
Once cooked, remove from the mold. -

Place in a bag and cool for 30 minutes to an hour while keeping moist, then it's done.
