- (A) Curry powder : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Soft flour : 大さじ1
- (A) Potato starch : 大さじ1
- 油 : 適量
- 青のり : 適量

Prepare the potatoes

Wash the potatoes, peel them and cut them into chunks.
Place in a bowl and rinse off the starch, changing the water 3 times, then leave in water for 3 minutes.
Once drained, transfer to a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 500W for 3 minutes.
Remove from the oven and place in a colander on top of a paper towel.
Transfer to a colander again and leave for 3 minutes to allow the surface to dry.
Transfer to a bag and sprinkle with an appropriate amount of salt, then add (A), close the bag, and shake to mix.
Transfer to a colander to remove excess flour. -
