- Cup Vanilla Ice Cream : 1 piece

Make the dough

Place a cup of vanilla ice cream into a bowl.
Heat in a 500W microwave for 2 minutes.
Mix with a whisk.
Add the pancake mix and mix with a rubber spatula until just combined. -

Pour in 1.
Smooth the surface with a spatula.
Cover the bottom of the mold with aluminum foil. -

Pour water (not included) into the frying pan.
Place a paper towel on top and place the mold on it.
Cover with aluminum foil.
Cook over low heat for 20 to 30 minutes.
Insert a bamboo skewer into the dough to check that it does not stick to the dough.
Remove the mold from the pan. -

Point

・Melt the cup vanilla ice cream so that it is easier to remove from the container.
・I used a 12cm round mold with a removable bottom, but you can use any heat-resistant container instead.
・You can also make it with chocolate ice cream if you like. In that case, increase the amount of pancake mix to 100g.
