Ingredients
- pasta : 100g
- トマト缶 : 200g
- 玉ねぎ : 1/4個

- (A) Alcohol : 大さじ1
- (A) Salt : ひとつまみ
- (A) Granulated consommé : 大さじ1/2
- (A) Honey : 小さじ1

Cut off the stem of the onion and chop finely.
Cut the garlic in half, remove the sprouts and chop finely.
Cut the bacon into strips 5mm wide. -

Add olive oil and garlic to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Once it starts to boil and the garlic is fragrant, add the onion and bacon and sauté over medium-low heat.
When the onions turn yellowish and transparent, add the ketchup and stir fry for 20 to 30 seconds.
Add the canned tomatoes and sauté, mashing them, for about 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Once the water has evaporated slightly, add (A) and stir fry for 20 to 30 seconds. -

Add the water and heat over medium-high heat while stirring.
Once boiling, reduce heat to medium and add the pasta, stirring to submerge.
Once the pasta has submerged, cook over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally, for 1 minute longer than the recommended time.
Turn the heat to medium and evaporate the water for about 1 minute, then when the desired amount of water is left, it is done.
Point
・We use 1.6mm pasta that requires boiling for 7 minutes.
- Always use pasta with a smooth surface.
When it comes to canned tomatoes, we recommend using whole tomatoes as they are packed with flavor.
You can use thick cut bacon if you like.
-Adding ketchup gives it a rich flavor and makes it delicious.
-Honey neutralizes the acidity of the tomatoes, giving the dish a rich, delicious flavor.
If you can't use honey, you can substitute it with an equal amount of sugar.
・If you use cooking sake, which is salty, it is a good idea to reduce the amount of other seasonings.
- If there is not enough water by the time the pasta is finished cooking, add more water; if there is too much, turn up the heat.
