- ツナ缶 : 1個

- Olive oil : 小さじ2
- (A) Mayonnaise : 大さじ3
- (A) Chicken stock powder : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ1/4
- (A) Vinegar : 小さじ2
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ1

Procedure

Cooking pasta in the microwave

Break the pasta in half and place in a heatproof bowl.
Add enough water (not included in the recipe) to cover the pasta completely, and add salt (for pasta).
Lightly wrap, open one air outlet, and heat in a 600W microwave for 3 minutes longer than the recommended time. -

Slice the cucumber thinly.
Peel the carrots and cut them into thin strips.
Transfer the cucumber and carrot to a plastic bag, add salt (for vegetables), rub together, remove the air, tie the bag and leave for 5 minutes.
Cut the ham in half and then cut into 5mm strips and shred.
Drain the oil from the can of tuna. -

Allow to cool to body temperature. -

ボウルに3、4、ツナ、ハム、(A)を加えてよく和えたら完成。
Point
・The amount shown is enough for three people.
・Can be made using only a microwave.
- We use 1.6mm pasta boiled for 7 minutes.
You can add corn or onions if you like.
・Chicken stock can be substituted with consomme.
- The water may overflow during heating, so use a large heat-resistant bowl to boil the pasta.
If using a 500W microwave, heat for an additional 10 to 20 seconds.
