Ingredients

  • (A) Whipped cream : 140ml
  • (A) Sugar : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (B) Sugar : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (B) Water : 小さじ1
  • Fresh cream (for caramel sauce) : 大さじ4
  • 卵 : 1 piece
  • 牛乳 : 150ml
  • ホットケーキミックス : 200g
  • 溶かしバター : 10g

Procedure

  1. 1) Make the cream 02:34

    Put ice and water in a bowl.

    Mix with a whisk and whip.
    Whip until the cream shreds when you lift the whisk.
    Chill in the refrigerator until use.

    Add (B) to the frying pan.
    Cook over medium heat until browned.
    Once it starts to boil, heat the cream (for the caramel sauce) in a 600W microwave for 30 seconds.
    Once the sugar has turned brown, reduce the heat to low.
    Once it turns dark brown, turn off the heat and add the warm cream (for the caramel sauce).
    Mix quickly.

    Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
    Add milk and melted butter and mix with a whisk.
    Add the pancake mix and mix by scooping from the bottom with a spatula.
    Mix until no more powder remains.
