- eggplant : Two
- ごま油 : 大さじ1~2
- (A)合わせみそ : 大さじ1と1/2
- (A)みりん : 大さじ1
- (A)きび砂糖 : 小さじ2
- (A)すりおろしニンニク : 小さじ1

Prepare the eggplant

Peel the eggplant lengthwise in 3 places and cut into chunks.
Place in a bowl and drizzle with sesame oil.
Mix well so that it is completely coated.
Cover with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
Stir once halfway through. -

Point
