- 粉寒天 : 4g
- 砂糖 : 40g
- 牛乳 : 500g
- 練乳 : 30g

Cut the fruit into 2-3mm thin slices for the topping, and cut the rest into small pieces to be mixed inside.

それぞれにお湯(分量外)を加え、10秒経ったらお湯を捨てる。 -

Put water in a pot and heat it over high heat. Add the agar powder while it is still cold and mix well.
Once it comes to a boil, reduce heat to medium and simmer, stirring, for 2 to 3 minutes.
Once it becomes translucent, add the sugar and stir until it dissolves.
Add the warm milk in 3 to 4 portions, mixing well each time.
Add the condensed milk and heat while stirring.
Add the mixed fruit and mix, then turn off the heat and transfer to a bowl. -

Arrange the fruit topping on the bottom and sides of a washed pan and chill in the freezer for 10 minutes.
Pour in a small amount of 3 and chill in the freezer for 5 minutes.
Add the remaining 3 ingredients, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator until solidified.
Point
- When you cut fruit, the color will transfer to the cutting board, so it is a good idea to cut it over an open milk carton.
・You can use any fruit you like, but in the video we use strawberries, pineapples, oranges, grapes, and melon.
- By soaking the fruit in hot water, the enzymes and acids are removed, making it easier for the agar to solidify.
- Adding cold milk will cause the agar to solidify, so be sure to add warm milk.
- After arranging the fruits for topping, chill them in the freezer to prevent them from crumbling.
・Time required to cool in the refrigerator is not included in the total time.
