Ingredients
- Whole eggs : 1 piece
- 粉砂糖 : 85g
- 塩 : ひとつまみ
- 無塩バター : 120g
- バニラエクストラクト : 小さじ1
- 米粉 : 200g
- アーモンドプードル : 50g
- 黒ごま : 大さじ3
- チョコレート : 70g
- グラニュー糖 : 大さじ2〜

Do the preparations

Melt the unsalted butter in a water bath.
Dry roast the black sesame seeds in a frying pan until fragrant, then transfer to a container and leave to cool. -

Place the whole eggs in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
Mix in powdered sugar and salt.
Mix in the melted unsalted butter and vanilla extract.
Add the rice flour and almond flour and mix with a rubber spatula until just combined.
Scoop out 250g.
Add the black sesame seeds to one of the batters and mix with a rubber spatula.
Add crushed sweet chocolate to the remaining batter and mix.
Remove the dough to a cutting board, shape the cut surface into a round shape, wrap in plastic wrap and chill in the freezer for about 30 minutes. -

Sprinkle granulated sugar around the dough and cut into 1.5cm pieces. -
