  • 豚バラ薄切り肉 : 150g
  • じゃがいも : 250g

  • (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ2
  • (A) Mirin : 大さじ2
  • (A) Alcohol : 大さじ2
  • (A) Sugar : 大さじ1

Procedure

    よく混ぜて具材を汁に浸し、表面にラップを密着させ20~30分置いて味が染みたら完成。

Point
