Ingredients
- green pepper : 3 to 4 pieces
- 豚バラ薄切り肉 : 100〜150g
- Salt (for thinly sliced pork belly) : 少々
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ1
- サラダ油 : 大さじ1
- 酢 : 適量
- 醤油 : 適量
- 粗挽き胡椒 : 少々
- 塩(味付け用) : 少々

Cut the peppers in half lengthwise.
Press with the palm of your hand and slice diagonally into thin slices.
Transfer peppers to bowl.
Cut the thinly sliced pork belly into bite-sized pieces, sprinkle with salt (for the thinly sliced pork belly) and rub in.
Rub half the pork belly slices into each of the green peppers and pork belly slices. -

Add salad oil to a frying pan and heat over medium heat.
Add the peppers and spread thinly.
Arrange the thinly sliced pork belly on top to cover.
Press down with a spatula and cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Use a plate or lid to flip it over.
Cook over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with salt (to taste).
Flip it over and place it on the lid. -

・Wash the peppers beforehand.
- The seeds and stems of the peppers are also used, but if this bothers you, remove them when cutting the peppers in half.
