Procedure

Soak the broccoli in water

Pour water (not included in the recipe) into a bowl, add the broccoli so that the florets are submerged, and leave to soak for 5 minutes.

Add half the olive oil to a frying pan and place over medium heat. Spread the olive oil and heat for 30 seconds.
Add all of step 5 and reduce heat to low. Spread the mixture evenly and shape it so there are no gaps, then cover and bake.
Once browned, flip it over, add the remaining olive oil around the edge and shake the frying pan to coat evenly.
Press down with a spatula, then cook over low to medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes until golden brown and done.
Point
・The amount given is for one 24cm frying pan.
・If you want to keep it simple, you can use only broccoli and 50g of pizza cheese as toppings.
- Broccoli florets tend to accumulate dirt, so soak them in water to remove the dirt.
-When flipping the food over, it is best to first transfer it to a lid or plate before flipping it over.
