- ピーマン : 1個
- 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
- ウインナー : 2個
- 豚肉 : 60g
- 油 : 大さじ1
- (A) Water : 大さじ2
- (A) Cooking sake : 大さじ1
- (B) Ketchup : 大さじ2と1/2
- (B) Mayonnaise : 大さじ1/2
- (B) Black pepper : 適量
- (C) Butter : 10g
- (C) Soy sauce : 小さじ1/2

材料を切る

ピーマンを半分に切ってヘタとワタを取り除き、細切りにする。
玉ねぎを薄切りにし、ウインナーを斜め薄切りにする。
豚肉をキッチンバサミで食べやすい大きさに切る。 -

Add oil to a frying pan and heat over high heat, then add the pork and stir fry.
Once cooked, add the onions and sausages and stir fry.
When the onions become translucent, add the udon noodles, bell peppers, and (A) and stir fry while breaking them up.
Add (B) and stir fry.
Add (C) and mix well to finish.
Point
・We use commercially available boiled udon noodles.
・You don't have to add pork if you prefer.
・Adding mayonnaise as a secret ingredient makes it delicious.
・Adding a small amount of soy sauce gives the dish a sharper flavor and makes it delicious.
-If you like, you can add grated cheese or Tabasco.
