- (A) Sweetener : 大さじ1
- (A) Japanese-style soup stock : 少々
- (A) Ginger tube : 適量
- なたね油 : 適量
- きざみ海苔 : 適量

Heat a frying pan and add rapeseed oil.

Reduce heat to low and add the canned tuna and mix.
Add (A) and mix.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes.
