- ツナ水煮缶 : 1缶
- (A) Dark soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Sweetener : 大さじ1
- (A) Japanese-style soup stock : 少々
- (A) Ginger tube : 適量
- なたね油 : 適量
- きざみ海苔 : 適量

Heat a frying pan and add rapeseed oil.
Add the boiled soybeans and brown them while evaporating the moisture.
Reduce heat to low and add the canned tuna and mix.
Add (A) and mix.
Cover and simmer over low heat for 3 minutes.
Increase the heat and evaporate the water. -
