Remove the sprouts from the garlic and crush it with the flat side of a knife.
Remove the garlic buds using the corner of a knife and chop to desired size.
Add garlic to frying pan.
Remove the seeds from the chili peppers and add to the frying pan.
Add olive oil to a frying pan.
Cut the baguette to your desired size.
Crack the eggs into a colander to remove excess water. -

Add salt.
Once the garlic is cooked, push it aside and add the eggs.
Sprinkle salt on the eggs.
Place the baguette on top of the garlic and bake. -

Once the garlic has browned, remove the baguette and garlic to a plate.
Sprinkle black pepper on the fried egg and place it on top of the baguette to finish.
Point
- You can easily peel the skin off by crushing the garlic with the flat side of a knife.
・Cut the baguette to the size that will fit the fried egg.
- Removing excess water from the eggs will result in beautiful fried eggs.
- You can add bacon or prosciutto to taste.
