- 鶏ひき肉 : 200g
- 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
- Egg white : 1 piece
- egg yolk : 1 piece
- 海苔 : 3枚
- (A) Salt : 適量
- (A) Pepper : 適量
- (A) Potato starch : 大さじ2
- (A) Grated ginger : 小さじ1
- (B) Soy sauce : 大さじ1と1/2
- (B) Alcohol : 大さじ3
- (B) Sugar : 大さじ1/2

器にポリ袋をセットする。
ポリ袋の中に鶏ひき肉、玉ねぎ、卵白、(A)を加えてポリ袋の外側から揉み込む。 -

海苔で巻く

ポリ袋の角を1㎝程度切る。
フライパンに海苔を置き、海苔を跨ぐようにつくねを絞り出して形を整え、巻き終わりを下にするように海苔で巻く。 -
