Ingredients

  • 鶏ひき肉 : 200g
  • 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
  • Egg white : 1 piece
  • egg yolk : 1 piece
  • 海苔 : 3枚
  • (A) Salt : 適量
  • (A) Pepper : 適量
  • (A) Potato starch : 大さじ2
  • (A) Grated ginger : 小さじ1
  • (B) Soy sauce : 大さじ1と1/2
  • (B) Alcohol : 大さじ3
  • (B) Sugar : 大さじ1/2

Procedure

  1. 1) Cutting the onion 00:03

    Chop the onion finely.

  2. 2) つくねを作る 00:15

    器にポリ袋をセットする。
    ポリ袋の中に鶏ひき肉、玉ねぎ、卵白、(A)を加えてポリ袋の外側から揉み込む。

  3. 3) 海苔で巻く 00:46

    ポリ袋の角を1㎝程度切る。
    フライパンに海苔を置き、海苔を跨ぐようにつくねを絞り出して形を整え、巻き終わりを下にするように海苔で巻く。

  4. 4) 焼く 01:06

    Place the frying pan over low to medium heat, cover and cook for about 5 minutes.
    Flip it over, cover again and cook for about 3 minutes.
    Turn off the heat, add (B), and return to a low-medium heat and simmer while mixing the sauce.

  5. 5) 盛り付ける 01:48
