Ingredients
- Somen : 2 bundles
- 豚こま肉 : 120g
- ピーマン : 3個
- 長ネギ : 1/5本
- みょうが : 1個分
- (A) Water : 500cc
- (A) Soy sauce : 100cc
- (A) Mirin : 100cc
- (A) Dashi pack : 1パック

Cut the peppers in half, remove the seeds and slice lengthwise into thin strips.
Thinly slice the green onions.
Cut the myoga ginger in half, make cuts and slice into thin strips.
Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces. -

Heat a frying pan.
Add the pork and stir fry until crumbled.
Add the peppers and spring onions and stir fry.
Add (A) and boil, then simmer for 2 minutes. -

Boil the somen noodles

Add somen noodles to boiling water (not included in recipe) and boil for 1 minute.
Turn off the heat and let sit for 1 minute.
Place the somen noodles in a colander and rinse with water (not included in the recipe).
Rinse with ice water (not included in the recipe) and squeeze. -

Place 3 on a plate.
Place 2 on a plate and top with Japanese ginger to finish.
Point
・Cutting the peppers into thin vertical strips makes them easier to eat with the somen noodles.
- It's easier to cut peppers if you crush them with your hands.
・You can substitute onions for green onions.
・Do not use oil when frying minced pork.
- After boiling the somen noodles for 1 minute, turn off the heat and let them sit for 1 minute to improve the final texture.
