  • Yogurt : 100g
  • 薄力粉 : 30g
  • 卵 : 2個

Procedure

    Add the flour and mix well until well combined.
    Separate the eggs into yolks and whites, add the egg yolks and mix well until evenly combined.

Yogurt can be either sweetened or unsweetened.
・Be careful not to get any moisture or oil on the tools as you will not be able to make meringue.
・You can use a hand mixer instead of a meringue maker.
- If you apply a thin layer of oil to the mold, it will be easier to line it with parchment paper.
・Time required to cool in the refrigerator is not included in the total time.
