- oatmeal : 70g
- (A) Sugar : 30g
- (A) Butter : 30g
- (A) Milk : 20ml
- (A) Honey : 7g
- (A) Salt : 少々

Make the dough

Add (A) to a pot, heat and mix.
Bring to a boil and reduce.
Once it thickens, turn off the heat and add the oatmeal.
Mix with a spatula. -

Spread 1 thinly on baking paper.
Cover with paper and press down with a bat.
Bake in a preheated oven at 140-150 degrees for 25 minutes.
Cool in the oven and it's done.
Point
・Rolled oats are used for the oatmeal.
・Reducing the amount of sugar will result in a worse texture.
・You can use either salted or unsalted butter.
・Milk can be substituted with soy milk.
- Honey can be substituted with maple syrup.
・Honey is not necessary.
