  • キウイ : 適量
  • みかんの缶詰 : 適量
  • ミックスナッツ : 適量
  • はちみつ : 大さじ1

Procedure

  1. 1) Drain the plain yogurt 02:15

    Layer in the following order: bowl → colander → kitchen paper.
    Put plain yogurt on top of the kitchen paper and fold the kitchen paper inward.
    Place another piece of kitchen paper on top and fold it inwards.
    Place a weight on top of the plate and drain in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

    キウイの皮を剥き、5mm幅に切った後お好みの大きさに切る。
    ミックスナッツを適当な大きさに切る。
    バナナの皮を剝き、5mm~1cm弱幅に切る。
    ミカンの缶詰をザルにあけ、シロップを切る。

  3. 3) 生地を作る 04:45

    1のキッチンペーパーを外し、ボウルに移す。
    泡だて器でなめらかになるまで混ぜる。
    はちみつを加えてよく混ぜる。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 06:35

    バットにクッキングシートを敷き、生地を流し入れて全体に広げる。
    冷凍ミックスベリーと2を表面にトッピングする。
    冷凍庫で3~4時間冷やし固めたら完成。

Point

・A 17cm x 13cm bat is used.
Instead of straining the plain yogurt, you can use 200g of Greek yogurt, which does not need to be strained.
-You can use sugar or condensed milk instead of honey if you like.
-Bananas discolor easily, so it is best to cut them just before using them.
- The whey that is obtained when you strain plain yogurt is nutritious, so it's good to add it to smoothies.
*The time it takes to drain in the refrigerator and freeze in the freezer is not included in the total time required.
・When eating, it is best to divide it into pieces using a knife or your hands.
-To make blueberry flavor, use frozen mixed berries and banana as toppings and replace the sugar with 3 tablespoons of blueberry jam.
