Ingredients
- Minced pork : 300g
- ニラ : 1束
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個
- キムチ : 100g
- (A) Dark soy sauce : 小さじ1/2
- (A) Chicken stock powder : 小さじ1
- (A) Garlic tube : 少々
- (A) Umami seasoning : 小さじ1/2
- ごま油 : 適量
- 白炒りごま : 適量
- 塩胡椒 : 適量

Slice the onion thinly.
Remove the roots of the chives and cut them into 5cm pieces. -

Heat a frying pan and add sesame oil.
Stir fry the kimchi until browned.
Add the pork mince and stir fry, sprinkling with salt and pepper.
When the pork is about 60% cooked, add the onion and stir fry.
Once the onions are cooked, add (A) and stir fry.
Add the chives and stir fry. -
