Cut your favorite fruit into 1cm cubes.

Put the agar powder in a pot and add water.
Cook over medium heat.
Heat while stirring well with a rubber spatula.
Once boiling, reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring, for 2 minutes.
Add granulated sugar.
Mix well to dissolve the granulated sugar.
Once the granulated sugar has dissolved, turn off the heat. -

Place 2-3 slices of each type into an ice cube tray.
Pour in 2 and cover.

Chill in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set. -

*The required time does not include the time it takes to chill and harden in the refrigerator.
- Use ice cube trays that produce round ice.
・The fruits used in the video are kiwi, watermelon, and canned fruit mix.
- Place the canned fruit mix in a colander to drain the syrup, and cut each of the different types of fruit in the can into 1cm cubes.
・Always heat powdered agar over a fire to thoroughly dissolve it.
・When the pasteurized powdered agar becomes transparent, it is well dissolved.
-Agar solidifies even at room temperature, so work quickly in step 3.
-Pour enough agar into the ice cube tray so that a little bit of agar comes out of the hole in the lid when it is closed.
- When pouring the agar into the ice cube tray, the fruit will float, so be careful not to let it spill out beyond the round part.
