- 木綿豆腐 : 1丁
- 豚肉 : 100g
- (A) Alcohol : 大さじ1
- (A) Chicken stock powder : 小さじ2
- (A) Salt : 1g
- (A) Chinese pepper : 10粒
- (A) Black Pepper : 小さじ1
- (A)ラー油 : 3適
- ごま油 : 大さじ1
- 粗挽き唐辛子 : 適量
- (B) Water : 大さじ4
- (B) Potato starch : 大さじ1

Add (B) to a separate bowl and mix. -

Point
When frying, fry over high heat.
・You can omit the chili oil and coarsely ground chili peppers if you don't like spicy food. You can also increase the amount to your liking.
・Although finely chopped pork is used, you can also use pork belly.
・Firm tofu is less likely to fall apart when cooked than silken tofu.
・The peppers are lightly stir-fried at the end to bring out their texture, but if you prefer them softer, stir-fry for a longer time.
