- (A) Soy sauce : 大さじ1
- (A) Alcohol : 大さじ1
- (A) Chicken stock powder : 小さじ1
- (A) Garlic tube : 小さじ1
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ2
- こめ油 : 大さじ1

Procedure

Wash the okra thoroughly, drain it, remove the tough parts of the calyx and cut it into 2-3cm pieces.
Remove the tendons from the chicken breast, cut it in half and then cut it into 1cm pieces. -

ポリ袋に(A)を入れて軽く混ぜ、1を加えて軽く揉み、10分置く。
片栗粉を加えて、まんべんなく混ぜる。 -

焼く

フライパンにこめ油を引いて火にかけ、温まったら一旦火を消す。
2をスプーンで掬って一口大の円形に整えながら並べる。
弱中火にかけて蓋をして焼く。
鶏ささみ肉の色が変わったら裏返し、蓋をして弱火で1~2分焼く。
両面に焼き色がついたら完成。
