Slice the tomatoes into wedges.
Peel the cucumber in stripes, cut it in half and remove the seeds with a spoon.
Cut into 2cm widths, place in a plastic bag, add salt, rub lightly, and leave for 10 minutes. -

Point
-Tomatoes can be quite sour.

If the cucumber is soft, there is no need to peel it or remove the seeds.
・If using cherry tomatoes, cut them in half.
・We recommend using rice vinegar, which has a milder acidity, rather than grain vinegar.
