Procedure

  1. 1) 手羽元の下処理をする 00:20

    オーブンを200度に予熱する。

    ハケでタレを表面に塗り、更に10分焼く。
    再度ハケでタレを表面に塗り、更に10分焼く。
    再度ハケでタレを表面に塗り、残ったタレを天板の低い部分に注いで更に5分焼く。

  4. 4) 仕上げる 06:05

    隅に溜まったタレを、清潔なハケで手羽元の表面に塗ったら完成。
