- 豚こま肉 : 200g
- (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ2
- (A) White soup stock : 大さじ2
- (A) Chicken stock powder : 小さじ1
- (A) Grated garlic : 小さじ1
- (A) Coarsely ground black pepper : 適量
- (B) Salt : 少々
- (B) Potato starch : 適量
- いりごま : 適量

Add (A) and mix thoroughly. -
