- (A) Frozen bananas : 200g
- (A) Cocoa powder : 大さじ2
- (B)冷凍バナナ : 150g
- (B)冷凍ミックスベリー : 50g

Add (A) to the chopper and mix.
Remove the edges with a rubber spatula and mix again with the chopper.

Point
・A recipe for banana ice cream that doesn't use sugar or fresh cream.
・We use cocoa powder that does not contain sugar.
If the chocolate isn't sweet enough, add sugar or honey to taste.
- To freeze bananas, peel them, remove the stems and veins, cut them into 1cm pieces, place them in a storage bag and freeze.
・We use a chopper in the video, but you can also use a mixer or hand blender.
-If you don't have a blender, mash one banana and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder in a bag, chill in the freezer for 1-2 hours until solid, then finish by kneading with your hands.
