- 豚バラ薄切り肉 : 100g

- しらす : 5g
- チーズ : 15g

Slice the cabbage thinly using a slicer.
Spread the pork belly slices on a cutting board and sprinkle with salt and pepper. -

Prepare two containers and crack an egg into each one.
Add half the stock powder, water, and mayonnaise and mix. -

Place aluminum foil in a frying pan.
Place half of the thinly sliced pork belly on top.
Add half the egg mixture and bake for 4 minutes and 30 seconds.
Add half the cabbage and cook over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and remove to a plate.
Fold the aluminum foil in half and cover with paper to shape it.
Remove the aluminum foil. -

残りの豚バラ薄切り肉を敷く。
残りの卵液、しらす、チーズを入れる。
弱火で半熟になるまで焼く。
残りのキャベツを入れて弱火で1〜2分焼く。
火を止めてお皿に取り出す。
アルミホイルごと2つ折りにしてペーパーを被せて形を整える。
アルミホイルを外して完成。

・You can also thinly slice the cabbage with a knife.
・If the sliced pork belly is long, cut it into 10-15cm pieces.
- Use a frying pan with a diameter of 20 cm.
