軽く揺らして生地を整えたら、ココアパウダーを振るい入れる。
残りの1を徐々に流し入れ、表面を整える。 -

冷蔵庫で3時間以上冷やす。

上にココアパウダーを振るいかけたら完成。
Point
- Mix the silken tofu well until there are no lumps and it becomes smooth, which will reduce the tofu smell.

・Time required to cool in the refrigerator is not included in the total time.
