Ingredients
- プレーンヨーグルト : 400g
- 砂糖 : 大さじ5
- (A) Powdered gelatin : 小さじ4
- (A) Water : 100ml

Procedure

Make the yogurt batter

Remove the plain yogurt from the refrigerator 20 minutes before using.
Add the plain yogurt and sugar to a bowl and mix well with a rubber spatula. -

粉ゼラチンを溶かす

耐熱容器に(A)を入れて混ぜ、600wの電子レンジで30秒加熱しよく混ぜ溶かす。

ゼリー液を作る

1に2を少量ずつ加えて、その都度素早くよく混ぜる。

冷やす

綺麗に洗ったヨーグルトのパックに流し入れる。
蓋をして、冷蔵庫で5時間冷やしたら完成。
Point
- If you use cold plain yogurt, it may clump, so take it out of the refrigerator 20 minutes before using.
- In step 1, mixing without creating bubbles will result in a nice finish.
・Powdered gelatin will not solidify easily if boiled, so do not heat for more than 30 seconds.
・Time required to cool in the refrigerator is not included in the total time.
- If you don't use a yogurt pack and use a small container, you won't need to chill it for as long.
・You can eat it with jam if you like.
