    1の卵黄を軽く溶く。
    2にメレンゲを少量入れ、泡だて器で混ぜ馴染ませる。
    ムラがなくなったら残りのメレンゲを加え、ゴムベラで切って底から掬うように混ぜる。
    馴染んだら片栗粉を加えて、粉気がなくなるまでゴムベラでよく混ぜる。

  4. 4) 焼く 03:30

    卵焼き機に3を流し入れ、軽く表面を整える。
    アルミホイルで蓋をし、弱火にかけて15~20分焼く。
    表面が焼けたら裏返し、アルミホイルで蓋をして5分焼く。
    両面焼けたらラップで包んで粗熱を取る。

  5. 5) 巻く 04:46

    4の粗熱が取れたらラップを外し、絞るだけホイップを1cm程度の厚さに絞り出す。
    全体に塗り広げたら表面を整え、徐々に丸める。
    冷蔵庫で1時間以上冷やしたら完成。
