Ingredients

  • パスタ : 100g
  • 水 : 250ml
  • 厚切りベーコン : 120g
  • 玉ねぎ : 1/2個
  • きゅうり : 1本
  • 卵 : 2個
  • (A) Mayonnaise : 大さじ4
  • (A) Sugar : 小さじ1
  • (A) Vinegar : 小さじ1
  • (A) White soup stock : 小さじ1

Procedure

  1. 1) Boiling the pasta 02:05

    Break the pasta in half and place in a large heatproof bowl.
    Add water and a pinch of salt (not included in the recipe), lightly cover with plastic wrap and leave an opening for air to enter and exit.
    Heat in a 600w microwave for 3 minutes longer than the recommended time.
    Drain off the water and drizzle a small amount of olive oil (not included in the recipe) over the entire dish, mixing until combined.

    ポリ袋に移し、塩ふたつまみ(分量外)を加えて全体にまぶす。
    空気を抜いて口を縛り、5~10分置く。
    玉ねぎの芯を切り落とし、薄切りにする。
    厚切りベーコンを1cm幅の拍子切りにする。

  4. 4) 焼く 07:58

    フライパンに厚切りベーコンを入れ、中火にかけて焼く。
    焼き色がついたら裏返し、厚切りベーコンの脂の部分がくびれる程度に焼けたら玉ねぎを加えて1分程度炒める。
    バットに移し、広げて粗熱を取る。

  5. 5) 仕上げる 09:13

    3のきゅうりのポリ袋の端を切り落とし、水分を絞り出す。
    ボウルに1、2、きゅうり、4を入れて全体を混ぜる。
    (A)を加えてよく混ぜたら完成。

Point

- We use 1.6mm pasta boiled for 7 minutes.
-You can add carrots or corn if you like.
We recommend using thick-cut bacon, but if you don't have it, you can use sliced bacon.
- If the pasta is not covered in 250ml of water in step 1, increasing the amount of water will change the cooking time, so change to a container that will cover the pasta.
- In step 1, if the microwave is 500W, heat for +10 to 20 seconds, and if it is 700W, heat for -10 to 20 seconds.
- If the pasta remains hard after cooking, heat it in the microwave for a further period of time.
- Rubbing the cut surface of the cucumber will remove the bitterness.
・If mayonnaise is added to hot ingredients, it will tend to separate, so allow it to cool before adding it.
