  • ブロッコリー : 1/2個
  • 鶏もも肉 : 150g
  • 玉ねぎ : 1/4個
  • にんにく : 1/2~1片
  • 焼きそば : 1人前
  • Oil (for yakisoba) : 大さじ1
  • 油(炒め用) : 大さじ1
  • (A) Chinese soup stock paste : 小さじ1
  • (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ1/2
  • (A) Pickled green chili peppers : ひとつまみ
  • ごま油 : 小さじ1

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the ingredients 07:00

    Wash the broccoli.
    Cut the chicken thighs into small bite-sized pieces.
    Slice the onion thinly.
    Separate the broccoli into smaller florets.
    Remove the tough parts from the core and slice thinly.
    Make a small cut in the Yakisoba bag and microwave for 1 minute at 600W.
    Slice the garlic thinly.

  2. 2) 焼きそばを焼く 11:19

    フライパンに油(焼きそば用)を引いて火にかけ、焼きそばを入れて軽くほぐしたら触らずに焼く。
    焼き色がついたら裏返し、両面に焼き色がついたら一旦取り出す。

  3. 3) 炒める 12:20

    フライパンに油(炒め用)を入れて強火にかけ、鶏もも肉を入れて焼く。
    鶏もも肉に8割程度火が通ったら、ブロッコリーと玉ねぎを加えて軽く炒める。
    料理酒大さじ1(分量外)を回しかけ、蓋をして30秒蒸し焼きにする。
    ブロッコリーに8割程度火が通ったら、(A)を加えて炒める。
    2を加えて炒め、全体に馴染んだら火を止める。
    ごま油をまわしかけて混ぜたら完成。

Point
