Ingredients

  • Shredded beef : 100g
  • onion : 1/4 piece
  • egg : 1 piece
  • salt : A pinch
  • Liquor : 2 tablespoons
  • sweet sake : 1 tablespoon
  • Soy sauce : 1 tablespoon
  • vinegar : 1/2 teaspoon
  • water : 3 tbsp
  • White rice : 250g

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the ingredients 02:25

    Put soy sauce, vinegar, sake, and water in a bowl and mix them to make a seasoning.
