Ingredients

  • egg : 2 pieces
  • Granulated sugar : 30g
  • Cake flour : 100g
  • Unsalted butter : 30g
  • salt : 1 knob
  • Matcha powder : 3g
  • milk : 300ml
  • Fresh cream : 200ml
  • sugar : 40g
