- tomato : 160g
- onion : 250g
- mushroom : 160g
- Coconut oil : 2 tablespoons
- garlic : 1 piece
- turmeric : 1 tsp
- Coriander powder : 2 tsp
- Cayenne pepper : a little
- salt : 1 tsp
- Water (change to soy milk or coconut milk if you want to make it mellow) : 100g
