Ingredients
- peach : 2 pieces
- water : 400ml
- sugar : 70g
- gelatin : 10g
- water : 3 tbsp
- Lemon juice : 1 tablespoon

Cut the peach

Divide the peach in half and remove the seeds.

Heat the peach

Put water and sugar in a pan and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low to medium heat and put the peach skin down in the pan. Add lemon juice, mix the whole and heat for 5 minutes, return the peaches and heat for another 3 minutes. Turn the skin down and let it cool until the heat is removed.

Add water to gelatin and let stand for 10 minutes to soak. Cut the peeled peaches into 6 equal pieces and put them in a storage container. Heat gelatin in a microwave oven at 600w for 20 seconds, add gelatin to the broth and mix. Pour into a storage container, cover and cool in the refrigerator.
Point
・ Make a cut in the middle of the peach and split it in half while twisting.

・ Peel the peach while soaking the gelatin.
