・ Return the eggs to room temperature. If the egg is only M size, reduce the milk to about 100cc. If you want to make a thick pudding, you can arrange it by adding one egg yolk in step 2.
・ If you mix hot milk with eggs, it will harden, so cool it to some extent before mixing.
・ In step 3, do not add milk all at once, but add it little by little and mix. It is recommended to lay a cloth under the bowl to prevent slipping when mixing.
・ Use a cocotte that can hold 90cc to 100cc.
