Put the cream in a bowl and whisk with a whisk until horns are formed.

Mix the ingredients

Add condensed milk and cocoa powder to the cream of 1 and mix well until smooth.

Put the dough in a freezing storage container, wrap it and freeze it for 4 hours.
Point
For fresh cream, an electric whisk may be used. Do not add other ingredients until foaming.
If the room temperature is hot, keep the bowl cold or whisk in ice water.
Add condensed milk and cocoa powder and stir well to blend in with the cream.
Cocoa powder is sugar-free.
The time to freeze is not included in the required time.
