- (A) Milk : 30g
- (A) Rum : 小さじ2
- ココアパウダー : 20g
- 卵白 : 3個(100g)

Place sweet chocolate in a bowl.
Fill a separate bowl with hot water (not listed) and heat to melt the sweet chocolate. -

Remove from the boiling water, sift in the cocoa powder, and mix well. -

Line a muffin tin with glassine cups.
Put Step 4 into a piping bag and pipe into molds.
Bake in an oven preheated to 170℃ for 12 to 15 minutes. -

Once it has cooled down, serve it in a bowl.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and top with raspberries (not listed) to complete.
Point
・Since no oil or fat is used in the dough, the aftertaste is light.
・If you don't like rum or for children, you don't need to add it.
・It is made with meringue, so it has a soft and light finish.
・When adding powdered sugar, sift it with a tea strainer to get a nice finish.
・You can also put raspberries on top after baking if you like.
