Point
・ The blue part of the radish is used, but there is no problem with the white part.
・ Peeling the radish makes it easier to put on clothes, so if you have time, you should peel it off.
・ Fry the radish immediately after sprinkling it with potato starch to make it fragrant. Be careful as the radish will lose water over time after being sprinkled with potato starch.
・ If you like, sprinkle with black pepper to make it even more delicious.
