Ingredients
- Canned mandarin oranges : 1 can (240g solids)
- Milk (to soften the gelatin powder) : 30ml
- Milk (to dissolve the gelatin powder) : 200ml
- (A) Sugar : 大さじ3
- (A) Condensed milk : 大さじ2
- Powdered gelatin : 5g
- Milk (for the pudding batter) : 170ml

Procedure

Soften the gelatin powder

Place gelatin powder in a bowl.
Add the milk (to soften the gelatin) and mix well with a whisk until the gelatin is dissolved. -

Put the mandarins in a container

Pour the canned mandarins into a colander to separate the mandarins from the syrup.
Divide the mandarins into 5 containers.
Keep it in the refrigerator. -

Make the pudding batter

Put milk (to dissolve the gelatin powder) in a bowl.
Heat in a 600W microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds.
Add 1 and mix with a rubber spatula until 1 is thoroughly dissolved.
Add (A) and mix thoroughly.
Add milk (for the pudding batter) and mix well. -

Remove 2 from the refrigerator and place 3 into a container.
Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 3 hours until hardened.
Point
・The ingredients are enough for five 150ml pudding cups.
*The required time does not include the time spent cooling in the refrigerator.
・When canning mandarins, use only the solid part (the mandarin flesh).
- When heating the milk in step 3, do not bring it to a boil.
・The milk used in step 3 (for the pudding batter) should be brought to room temperature.
- The reason for separating the milk into heated and room temperature is to shorten the time it takes for the mandarin milk pudding to solidify.
