- avocado : 1 piece
- tuna : 1/2 can
- Garlic : 1/3 piece
- (A) Sesame oil : 2 tsp
- (A) Salt : 1/4 teaspoon
- (A) Ajinomoto : 4 swings

- Shredded Nori Laver : Appropriate amount

Cut the avocado in half and remove the seeds.
Cut into 4 equal parts, peel and cut into bite-sized pieces.
