  • (A) Whipped cream : 200ml
  • (A) Cane sugar : 20g
  • (B) Cream cheese : 200g
  • (B) Mascarpone cheese : 100g
  • きび砂糖 : 60g
  • 卵 : 2個

Procedure

  1. 1) Adding aroma to fresh cream 00:23

    Grind the coffee beans to a fine to medium grind.
    Add coffee beans and (A) to a pot and mix.
