- (A) Whipped cream : 200ml
- (A) Cane sugar : 20g
- (B) Cream cheese : 200g
- (B) Mascarpone cheese : 100g

Adding aroma to fresh cream

Grind the coffee beans to a fine to medium grind.
Add coffee beans and (A) to a pot and mix.
Mix and heat to about 60 degrees.
Remove from heat and infuse with aroma. -

Point

・You can grind the coffee beans however you like, but we recommend a fine to medium grind, which produces less bitterness and brings out more aroma.
*The time it takes to remove the heat and chill in the refrigerator is not included in the required time.
