- (A) Milk : 50㏄
- (A) Fresh cream : 50㏄
- (A) Sugar : 1 tbsp and 1/3 tbsp
- (A) Vanilla extract : 3 drops
- butter : 10g
- Butter (for finishing) : About 5g
- Maple syrup : Appropriate amount
