- Radish : 200g
- Ginger : 10g
- Salad oil : 1 tsp and 1/2 to 2 tsp

- (A) Sake : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Sugar : 1 tsp

Wash the radish and cut into 8 mm wide ginkgo biloba with the skin.
Cut ginger into julienne with skin.
Cut the pork belly into 3 cm widths. -

Point
