- Ribs : 150g
- Radish : 200g
- Ginger : 10g
- Salad oil : 1 tsp and 1/2 to 2 tsp
- salt : a little
- (A) Soy sauce : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Mirin : 1 tablespoon
- (A) Sake : 2 tablespoons
- (A) Sugar : 1 tsp
- (A) Umami seasoning : 3 swings
- Small onion : Appropriate amount
Wash the radish and cut into 8 mm wide ginkgo biloba with the skin.
Cut ginger into julienne with skin.
Cut the pork belly into 3 cm widths.
Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and spread the pork belly.
Lightly salt and bake on medium heat.
When the oil comes out of the pork belly, add ginger and fry.
Add radish and stir fry.
When the oil is familiar to the whole and the radish is shiny, add (A) and simmer.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with green onions.

・ Since oil comes out from pork belly, a small amount of salad oil is enough.
