- Salad oil : 1 tablespoon

- pepper : 2 knobs

- Grated garlic : 1 tsp
- Grated ginger : 1/2 teaspoon
- Cut tomato can : 1 can (400g)
- Fresh cream : 200cc
- milk : 200cc
- Chicken soup base : 2 tablespoons
- Curry powder : 2 tablespoons
- sugar : 2 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp
- salt : 1/2 teaspoon
- cinnamon : 1/2 teaspoon
- butter : 30g

Put the chicken wings soaked in salad oil, salt and pepper in a deep frying pan, cover and heat over high heat. When the frying pan is warm, reduce the heat to medium heat, cover and bake for 5 minutes, turn over when browned, cover and bake for 5 minutes.
